The Lunya sleep mask was a game changer as was my Loftie alarm clock because it helped support me getting my cell phone out of my bedroom. I have a Q about magnesium: I take pure encapsulations magnesium glycate daily usually in the evening (I had blood testing done and this was recommended by my doc), would taking the moon juice as a before bed drink be overkill or are they different types of magnesium?
