I’m having a hard time hitting my protein targets while staying on my calorie restricted diet for weight loss, I only get to 100 grams on days I’m over my calories. Also questioning the protein formulas for tall ladies whose goal weight is >150. Let me know your thoughts, ty!

Also I think .7-1 g of protein per pound is fine, which would get someone at 150 pounds to a range of 105-150g/day.
