Thank you for sharing ALL of this! My endocrinologist has me working with a nutritionist and the first thing she asked me was where were my carbs? To my surprise, I feel 💯 better eating more carbs! I also stopped constant snacking because I am not hungry anymore between meals. It’s had a major impact on my life, work, and ability to create 🙌🏼

Hey Mia! Quick question - you mentioned sweet potatoes being a better bang for your buck over white, but in the chart the portion size for white potatoes is larger than the sweet. Is that right? thanks so much for your help!
