I think you meant grams in your post and not mg, 5mg of Creatine is non effective.

Yes to all of this! I just started taking the creative from Momentous and I’ve noticed (almost immediately) a change in my energy while working out! Big fan. I’m also taking the collagen from Momentous with it!
