Mia, do you have a POV on powder collagen vs liquid collagen? I recently saw something on the IG algorithm about Spoiled Child liquid collagen and I’m just hesitant about anything IG serves me 😂
Hey Rachel! I looked into Spoiled Child and there are a ton of extra ingredients. I like how Needed just has one. It also only has 5g of protein vs 14.

Inspired to get back on the collagen train after many years. I think I fell off due to it not being a “complete protein”. I appreciate this POV!
