Recipe: Spring Sheet Pan Chicken with Arugula & Kalamata Olives

My dream dinner at home in 45 minutes. Plus, a video!

My favorite recipes are the ones I would make on a week night or serve for a dinner party. This is one of those dishes. The sheet pan presentation simultaneously screams “I just threw this together,” but also feels really chic with a nice pair of serving tongs (I love “The Only Tongs” from Material Kitchen). I got a new sheet pan too, because mine were really well loved, if you know what I mean.

There are so many things about this dish that just do it for me: The spices (smoked paprika!), the radishes that actually taste good, and most of all, the salad on top. I will turn anything into a salad, even your sheet pan dinner. Sorry, I’m not sorry. I love greens!
